About Holly
Holly has been sharing the gift of yoga with her community since 2004. Her journey into teaching prenatal yoga began when she was pregnant with her first child in 2007. With a deep understanding of the spiritual and emotional process of becoming a parent, Holly is passionate about supporting mother, child, and families through their unique journeys.
In addition to her work as a prenatal yoga teacher, Holly owned and operated Om Baby Pregnancy & Parenting Center from 2008 to 2021.
She has attended various pre and postnatal yoga teacher trainings with renowned instructors like Stephanie Keach, Baby Om Yoga, Mindful Mamas, and ChildLight Yoga. Holly is also a Certified ChildLight Baby, Toddler & Children's Yoga Instructor and has completed Infant Massage Training with the World Institute for Nurturing Communication.
Holly's passion for supporting women, children, and families extends beyond yoga. She attended DONA's Birth Doula Training and Sacred Pregnancy's Instructor and Art of Sacred Postpartum trainings. She is also a Licensed Social Worker and mother of two children.
Holly is thrilled to have the opportunity to continue to empower and support women, children, and families through yoga.
Currently Holly is teaching at Just Plain Yoga in Camp Hill and commUNITY yoga space in Harrisburg, PA.

Both the baby and tots yoga classes have been incredibly valuable experiences for my daughter and I. I have learned so many fun and exciting new ways to play with her. I did pre-natal yoga from about 15 weeks through to about 35 weeks and loved it very much. The talks with Holly and the other moms and moms-to-be was very beneficial and let me know I wasn't alone! My daughter and I also did Baby & Me Yoga from the time she was 8 weeks until she was 8 1/2 months and we enjoyed every moment. I'm pretty sure it has helped her to sit early and be a happy, laid back little lady!
